[Review] CNBLUE Rock The USA with ‘BLUE MOON’ World Tour 2014: Live in NYC & LA

Hallyu Rock band CNBLUE Rock the U.S.A with two stops added to their hugely successful ‘BLUE MOON’ World tour in New York City and Pasadena, California.

CNBLUE has been touted an Idol band, flower boy actors, rock stars, composers and lyricists, but now they can add ‘World Tour Star’ to their list of titles. CNBLUE is the first ever Korean band to set out on a tour around the world, and have finally made good on their word to bring their ‘BLUE MOON’ world tour to the U.S. and Latin America with five dates in total for the first month of 2014.

On January 20th 2014, CNBLUE set foot on U.S. soil for the first time since 2012 when they last arrived for the 2012 SBS KPOP Super Concert held in Los Angeles in October of that year. Since then, the quartet set out on a non conventional plan to launch on a world tour, no band from their country had ever attempted to do so. In April of 2013, CNBLUE launched their ‘BLUE MOON’ World Tour 2013 in Taiwan and hit cities all over Asia and even making two stops in Austrailia. Since then, fans in the U.S. patiently waited their turn for ‘BLUE MOON’ in the United States. Finally, last December, with just a little over a month to prepare, CNBLUE announced their plans to visit New York City and Pasadena.

CNBLUE is finally coming to the U.S.A with their BLUE MOON WORLD TOUR and will help us ring in the new year with concert dates in NYC on January 21st and LA on the 24th of January 2014!

We at CNBLUE USA are ecstatic to be expecting our BLUE boys as its finally OUR TURN to take care of them, and that is a responsibility we hold very high so we will try our best to make sure we let them know that BOICE WORLDWIDE love and support them!

We are still working on figuring out what special projects to provide and realize that time is not on our side. Becuase of the late announcement of the concert dates, we were caught off guard and honestly didn’t think they would come at all! CNBLUE USA was just happily supporting other Fanbases during their events of support for CNBLUE, and times of need which, we will gladly continue to do whenever and however we can and because we just can’t turn down an opportunity to help our BOICE, we have depleted our funds in the process…OOOOPS! LOL. So we have to start out all over again with our savings and ask all of you to please help us out! With your generous donations, we will help to make CNBLUE’s visit to the USA a memorable one for everyone involved.

CNBLUE consists of 4 members, Yong-Hwa Jung, Jong-Hyun Lee, Min-Hyuk Kang, and Jung-Shin Lee. They have proven their musical talent and improved the image of K-culture overall, as they have lots of live concerts in abroad as well as in Korea. Also, its members have appeared in popular Korean dramas that have appealed to global fans.

The band’s 4^th mini album “RE: Blue” that was released in January of this year was a premonition of the tour’s success. The album and its title track “I’m Sorry” not only swept all the major music charts in Korea but also topped internationally renowned pop charts such as Billboard World Album Chart, Japan’s Tower Record Chart, Taiwan’s Omusic and MYX Daily Chart in the Philippines.
